LEBANON, Tenn. – A death at the Silverado Bar and Dance Club that happened over the weekend, has been ruled accidental.
Police responded to the call of a body found on Sunday. They found the body of 28-year-old Sein Lopez in the north end of the parking lot of the bar and club on South College Street.
After a nearly a week of investigating, Police released Friday that Lopez was accidentally run over by a semi-trailer.
Police have determined that Lopez was lying under the semi-trailer when the truck left the lot, and the driver was not aware.
They said there was no evidence that driver was impaired or that alcohol was a factor.
Police conducted blood alcohol tests on the driver. They have considered the incident as a tragic accident.
