NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — UPS said it plans to hire more than 900 seasonal employees in the Nashville area ahead of the holiday season.
Nationwide, the company is looking to fill 100,000 positions.
In Nashville, UPS will be hiring tractor-trailer and package car drivers starting at $21 an hour, package handlers starting at $14.50 an hour and driver-helpers starting at $14.50 an hour.
Locally there are 85 open positions for package drivers, 348 for driver-helpers and 650 for package handlers.
