A driver crashed into the porch of a South Nashville home after he says he was struck from behind.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday at a home on Reischa Drive.
Metro Nashville Police said the driver claims he was hit from behind, which caused the crash. They’re now investigating the collision as a hit-and-run.

The homeowner said he awoke to a “huge boom,” and said the damage to the home goes all the way down to the foundation.
The driver was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
