Vehicle Of Interest Sought In Fatal Bordeaux Shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police have asked the public’s help in identifying the owner of a vehicle of interest in a fatal shooting in Bordeaux.

The incident happened Tuesday afternoon on Cliff Drive. Officers arrived on the scene and found 33-year-old Keith Battle lying on the ground.

He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he later died.

Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department said a tinted, white four-door Mitsubishi Galant has been identified as a vehicle of interest in the shooting. The car also has a spoiler with the right front hubcap missing.

At this point, it has not been determined if the car is the suspect's vehicle. Police are hoping that any leads in the case will lead to the identification of the shooter.
