NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Westbound lanes of Interstate 24 have been blocked after a vehicle overturned near Briley Parkway.
The incident happened shortly before noon Tuesday on I-24 West at exit 55.
Details of the crash were unknown, but a photo from the scene showed that at least one ambulance responded to the scene.
Information on possible injuries was unknown.
Westbound traffic was reduced to one lane as officials worked to clear the scene. Traffic was being diverted around the crash.
Eastbound traffic was affected with no delays.
TDOT expects the crash to be cleared by 1 p.m.
