Veterans at Morning Pointe of Franklin wrote letters to active-duty military members.
Representatives of Morning Pointe said it was a way to connect Armed Forces of the past and present with just the stroke of a pen.
The veterans at Morning Pointe took time this Veterans Day weekend to hand write letters of encouragement and strength to active-duty troops.
They did it as a way to show the common bond of patriotism and service.
Those with Morning Pointe said they never miss “the opportunity to honor [their] veterans and active-duty servicemen and servicewomen.”
