WALTER HILL, Tenn. (WTVF) — Rutherford County police arrived at the scene of a home invasion on Saturday night.
At the home, both the resident and apparent perpetrator were suffering from gunshot wounds.
According to police, the alleged perpetrator has been transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the resident is being treated at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna.
This is an open and active investigation.
