NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A suspect has been taken into custody after a victim succumbed to injuries suffered during a stabbing in north Nashville.
Metro officers were called to a home on 9th Avenue North Thursday morning, after a victim with multiple stab wounds came to the home looking for help.
When they arrived on the scene, the victim told detectives that he was stabbed by “Arthur” after an apparent argument.
The victim was rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he later died of his injuries.
According to an affidavit, Arthur E. Miller was arrested Friday morning at a business on Rosa Parks Boulevard.
Miller has been charged with criminal homicide in the case.
The victim’s name was not released.
