Officials with the Clarksville Police Department have released the identity of the victim and suspect involved in a fatal shooting.
The shooting happened Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. at a home on Watertown Place.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found 60-year-old Richard Gibeau shot to death.
Joshua Chambers, was also at the home and surrendered to officers without incident. Chambers was charged with criminal homicide and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
