MADISON, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police say that a home invasion took place around 1:15a.m. on Sunday in the 300 block of Forest Park Drive in Madison.

Two armed male suspects approached a man outside of his apartment while he was smoking and directed the victim inside his residence.

Once inside, the suspects proceeded to rob the man and the two other occupants in the apartment.

The suspects struck two of the victims with the butts of their guns. One victim was struck twice in the head and suffered minor injuries while the other was struck in the stomach and was not injured.

The suspects took the cash, wallets, and cell phones of the victims and fled in a small red truck.
