Friends and family came together to remember a teen who was shot and killed.
They held a vigil Friday evening for 14-year-old Geovany Hernandez. He was shot near Nashboro Greens.
Friends remembered him as a funny and caring person.
“It’s sad to hear about such a young kid dying at a young age,” said Uziah Harston. “No mother should have to bury their kids. Geo would want us to be happy.”
A teen, 14-year-old Amarion Johnson, has been charged in Geovany's death.
