NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Nearly four days after a father of five was gunned down in front of his house, his family gathered for a vigil.
Reggie Ford was just 36 years old.
He left behind a wife and five kids between the ages of 12 and 20.
Family members said they can't even imagine why he was killed.
He was just standing outside his home on Hermosa Street Wednesday night when he was shot in the head.
"My husband only worked, he worked, worked, worked, and supported kids,” said Cheressa Miller, Ford’s wife. “I don't understand what happened. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding or somebody was trying to get somebody else and thought it was him. I don't know. I can't even answer that question right now."
Police had not made any arrests. Ford's funeral has been set for Monday.
