ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WTVF) — Two years ago this week, the body of Shadow McClaine was discovered in Robertson County along Interstate 24.
The discovery put to an end a massive search for the missing Fort Campbell soldier.
Wednesday night, a family friend organized a vigil for Shadow. They revisited the area where her body was found.
The Shadow McClaine Saga began in September 2016, when the Fort Campbell soldier went missing.

Her ex-husband, Jamal Williams-McCray and another soldier, Charles Robinson, were charged with McClaine's death.
Prosecutors say Williams-McCray hired Robinson to murder his ex-wife in 2016 for a 10 thousand dollar pay day after McClain accused Williams-McCray of Rape.
