A Virginia man has been arrested in connection with a Lewis County murder case.
Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Dennis Lee Seale, of Rochelle, Virginia, has been charged in the death of Brian Deavers.
Deavers was found dead inside his Talley Street home back in July.
An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for Seale, charging him with first degree murder. He was taken into custody without incident by Virginia state troopers.
The 43-year-old was booked into the Central Virginia Regional Jail, where he was being held without bond and awaiting extradition to Tennessee.
