Police in Franklin confirmed a fugitive who was considered armed and dangerous has been taken into custody.
Authorities said 32-year-old Barry D. Harris has been wanted for aggravated assault.
According to reports, Harris had been eluding police, but Sunday morning, they confirmed he had been arrested without incident.
