NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A WeGo bus was involved in a crash in Nashville Wednesday.
The crash happened just before 9:30 a.m. on Jefferson Street at 12th Avenue North, when WeGo bus 714 had a head-on collision with another vehicle. The other vehicle is reported to have crossed into the bus's lane.
Eight passengers were aboard the bus at the time of the crash. None of the passengers reported any injuries. The driver of the bus and the driver of the other car were both transported for medical attention.
Metro police and WeGo Operations and Safety staff were at the scene of the crash. WeGo is cooperating in the investigation.
