The chairman of the Williamson County Commission has passed away, according to Brentwood’s mayor.
Mayor Jill Burgin sent her sincere condolences to the family of Jack Walton on Monday.
Burgin stated Walton passed away Sunday night.
“Jack was a kind and measured leader, and our county has benefited from his service,” Mayor Burgin said.
She added service information for Walton had not yet been released.
