NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It wasn’t the typical CMA Fest attraction as competitive eaters descended on downtown Nashville for a hot dog eating competition.
The event Saturday was a qualifier for Nathan's Famous 4th of July eating contest in New York.
Adrian "The Rabbit" Morgan ate 33 hot dogs in ten minutes.
The next nearest competitor finished with 17.5 hot dogs.
There was only one female competing, and she finished eating 3.5.
The top male and female finishers were set to head off to New York.
