A woman was charged with burglary after police say she hid out in a CVS bathroom overnight to try and steal merchandise.
According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, officers found Laurie Anne Parrish inside the CVS at 4709 Nolensville Pike when the interior alarm went off.
Officers found no sign of forced entry but found the restroom door locked with the light on.
Parrish apologized, exited the restroom, and told officers she stayed in the store to steal merchandise.
She admitted she drank four beers while waiting in the bathroom.
Parrish has been charged with burglary and theft of merchandise.
