CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville police said a woman was killed as she crossed the street Wednesday night.
The 47-year-old woman was crossing Tiny Town Road around 8:45 p.m. when she was hit by a white Dodge Durango.
The woman, whose name has not yet been released, was taken from the scene of the crash and shortly after died from her injuries.
No charges have been filed as of Thursday. The police department will continue to investigate the crash.
