Woman Robbed At Gunpoint In Green Hills

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Metro Nashville police say a woman was held at gunpoint and robbed as she was leaving the YWCA in Green Hills Tuesday night.

It happened just after 7 p.m. at 1608 Woodmont Boulevard.

Police say the woman was walking to her car when a man approached her, showed that he had a gun and took her purse before running away.

The woman was not hurt.

The suspect was described as a black man, just over 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black t-shirt and yellow shorts.
