NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro police have issued a warrant for a woman accused in a deadly shooting in the parking lot of Days Inn on Sunday afternoon.
Police believe 28-year-old Lakeisha Ann Congo shot and killed a 47-year-old woman in the parking lot at 1400 Brick Church Pike just after 3 p.m.
The woman was found shot in the neck. She was rushed to Skyline Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead.
Police said the shooting stemmed from an argument between the two women, who were staying at the motel in separate rooms.
