NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville Police investigated a shooting in North Nashville early Tuesday morning.
According to police, a woman was shot twice on Coffee Street just before 3 a.m. Tuesday. She was struck in the face and arm.
Her injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
Two other women were inside the home at the time, one of whom was injured.
Officers also said there were ten bullets fired into a nearby home on 18th Avenue North. Police said one person suffered a non-life threatening injury in that shooting.
Two small sedans were seen leaving after shots were fired. One car was black, one was white. Officers do not have any specific makes or models of the vehicles.
