MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WTVF) — A woman's body was found by a maintenance contractor at the Vivrett Creek Boat Ramp in Wilson County on Monday morning.
The Wilson County Sheriff's Office said someone who as contracted to do maintenance at the boat ramp noticed a mattress in the area when they arrived. They then noticed the woman's body underneath the mattress.
Deputies were called to the area, where they recovered the woman's body.
The sheriff's office said a cause of death has not been determined, but deputies are investigating the death.
