NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A worker was killed at Feintool in Antioch in a workplace accident.
It happened Wednesday at the facility on the 2900 block of Old Franklin Road.
The Tennessee Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) opened an investigation into the incident to learn the circumstances and cause of the death.
TOSHA's report will be released once the investigation is completed.
