NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — We know that hemp is legal in Tennessee up to 0.3 percent THC. The problem is that it looks and smells just like marijuana, which is illegal. How can law enforcement tell the difference? What happens if you are stopped and arrested for possession, and how is this prosecuted?
