Edmund Zagorski has been on Death Row for 34 years. He was convicted in 1984 for the murders of John Dale Dotson and Jimmy Porter. Given the choice execution by electric chair or lethal injection, he chose the latter. The last time the chair was used, was back in 2007. Some have categorized its use, as barbaric.
