McCall made 1 of 2 free throw attempts, pushing the lead to seven, 71-64, with 19 seconds remaining.
Southeast Missouri (2-12, 0-2) opened the season with 10 losses but had won two of its last three. Antonius Cleveland scored 21 points with 10 rebounds to lead the Redhawks. Joel Angus III and Eric McGill chipped in 13 points apiece. Angus with 13 rebounds.
