Kids Can Sample Sports At Festival In Music City

The Music City Sports Festival has been ongoing in Nashville.

It's a family friendly event that has hoped to expose children to different sports to possibly spark an interest.

That’s something the creators of the event said has been needed.

“We live in a day and age where kids are playing video games, and it’s important to get them off the couch,” Chris Kulick said. “So what this event does, it allows them to come and play any sport that they could imagine, and they can sample soccer, football, basketball, baseball, hockey, archery, fishing, and hopefully one of those sports they’ll get excited about and continue to pursue.”

Tennessee Titans' first Round Pick Jack Conklin and Tennessee Titans' outside linebacker Brian Orakpo have both been scheduled to speak during the event Sunday.

Tickets can be bought at the door for $10. For more information, click here.
