The Nashville Predators will take on the Anaheim Ducks in Game 6 of the Western Conference Final.

The team is looking to clinch the series Monday night at Bridgestone Arena. If they win, they’ll be heading to the Stanley Cup Final.

The Preds have gone from being an 8-seed in the playoffs, to sweeping the Chicago Blackhawks, beating the St. Louis Blues, and now playing for the Western Conference Championship – a first in franchise history.

Momentum is certainly on Nashville's side after beating the Ducks 3-1 on the road.

Playing without their top two centers, Ryan Johansen and Mike Fisher, the Predators delivered a spirited effort Saturday night in Anaheim to reclaim the series lead.

Hundreds of fans showed up on Sunday to show their love and support for the team as they arrived back in Nashville.

Johansen is out for the remainder of the playoffs, but there’s no word if Fisher would return tonight.
