Club Pizza from Ann Cox Eastes

Ann Cox Eastes made Club Pizza, a recipe that combines club sandwich ingredients with a pizza crust. 

CLUB PIZZA

1 can (11 oz. thin crust or 13 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust

¼ c mayonnaise

1/3 c Ranch dressing

1 c chopped, cooked ham

1 c chopped, cooked chicken or turkey

¾ c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¾ c shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled

1- 1½ c shredded lettuce

1 c chopped tomato

2 T Ranch dressing

 

Preheat oven to 400F. Unroll pizza crust and place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press crust into a 15”X12” crust. Bake 10 minutes in oven. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and Ranch dressing; spread over baked crust. Sprinkle ham and chicken over top of crust. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle bacon on top. Bake in oven for another 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove pizza from oven and top with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing over the pizza. Cut into pieces and serve. Yield: 6 regular servings or 12 appetizer servings
