Cheddar Bacon Horseradish
8C smoked cheddar, shredded
4C raw bacon, sliced
4C sour cream
4C mayonnaise
3T Old Bay
2t smoked paprika
1/4C horseradish
5T worcestershire sauce
Cut bacon into strips and cook until crispy. Drain and processa food processor.
Combine the mayo, sour cream, cheese, horseradish, Old Bay, smoked paprika, and
worcestershire sauce in a kitchen aid mixer and paddle until smooth. Add in bacon and process
until incorporated.
Serve with crackers or pretzels.
