Holiday Cranberry Fluff

3 cups cranberries, finely chopped in food processor
¾ cup sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups unpeeled apples, diced
½ cup green seedless grapes, halved
½ cup pecans, toasted & chopped
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
1 cup heavy cream, whipped until stiff

In a large bowl, mix together cranberries, sugar, and marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, stir in apples, grapes, pecans, salt and whiskey. Chill until ready to serve.
Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream. Serve in place of cranberry relish or over angel food cake as a fruit/cream topping for dessert.
