Pomegranate Mimosa
Ingredients:
(Serves 8)
32 oz pure pomegranate juice, chilled
16 oz fresh orange juice, chilled
8 oz triple sec
1 bottle champagne or prosecco, chilled
Pomegranate seeds for garnish, optional
Directions:
1. Gently mix the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and triple sex in a large pitcher.
2. Fill a champagne flute three-fourths full with champagne or prosecco.
3. Fill the rest of the glass with the pomegranate juice mixture and stir gently.
4. Top with pomegranate seeds, if desired.
Green Juice Detox Margarita
Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
24 oz green juice, store-bought or homemade
8 oz fresh lime juice
12 oz tequila
8 oz triple sec
1-2 oz Simple Syrup, store-bought or homemade
Lime for garnish, optional
Directions:
1. Stir the green juice, lime juice, tequila, and triple sec together until combined. If you feel the margarita needs to be a little sweeter, add simple syrup to taste.
2. Serve over ice in salt rimmed glass, garnish with lime wedges or slices.
