MIXED BERRY COBBLER

INGREDIENTS
Filling:
2 c Blackberries
2 c Raspberries
2 c Strawberries (cut in half)
2 c Blueberries
2 T Cornstarch
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 c Sugar
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
Unsalted Butter as needed to grease dish

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl (except for butter) and set aside for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Generously butter casserole dish. After 30 minutes pour berries into casserole dish.

Topping:
1 c All Purpose Flour
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 c Unsalted Butter (cold)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
Turbinado Sugar as needed

Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add cold butter and mix until butter forms pea consistency. Add yogurt and mix. Evenly distribute topping over berries. Sprinkle Turbinado sugar over the topping. Place cobbler into a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Once time has passed, remove from oven and let rest for at least 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
