JACKED UP BBQ

Ingredients:
• 1 Cup of Your Favorite BBQ sauce
• 1/8 Cup of liquid smoke
• 3 teaspoons of smoked paprika
• 1/4 Cup of Soy Sauce or liquid aminos
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder

Directions:
Drain all liquid from Jackfruit. Shred/tear with hands or food processor. Place Jackfruit in medium sauce pan and add sauce mixture and simmer for 20 minutes on low/medium heat stirring occasionally.
Add BBQ Jackfruit to a bun for the perfect sandwich or add to nachos for a very hearty and delicious meal. This is also great served on small tortillas add slaw and fresh avocado for the tastiest tacos!

EASY PLANT BASE CHEESE

Ingredients:
• 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 cup carrots, peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 1/2 cup of Rotel

Instructions
Boil or steam the potatoes and carrots for about 20 minutes or until soft.
Drain them and add them to a blender.
Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or use it to make pizza, lasagna, mac and cheese or any other recipe that calls for cheese. Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for about 4-5 days. You can also freeze it if you want.
