A crash in Wilson County has shut down a portion of Highway 109.
The wreck happened Thursday morning on Highway 109 near Academy Road.
Details of the crash had not yet been released.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol were working the scene. Information from the Tennessee Department of Transportation showed the roadway was shut down in both directions in that area.
The roadway appeared to be clear, according to TDOT, after noon Thursday.
No further information had been released by authorities.
