Authorities said the wreck happened Sunday evening near Hurricane Creek Boulevard.
Officials confirmed a car struck a power pole leaving power lines hanging low over the roadway.

Reports stated the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Two lanes were closed as crews worked to clear the scene. No further details had been released.
