Two teens have been killed in a single-car crash in Maury County.
Authorities said the crash happened Thursday when two teen males, ages 15 and 17, were traveling in a car southbound on Theta Pike in Columbia.
Officials said the driver attempted to take a curve but overcorrected, hit a bridge, and went through a fence.
The vehicle then flipped and caught on fire. Authorities said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected.
Officials confirmed both juveniles died at the scene.

Their names and ages had not been released. Officials said the 15-year-old was homeschooled, and the 17-year-old was a student at Spring Hill High School.
Speed has been considered a factor in the crash. No further details were known as officials continued the investigation.
