Officials urged drivers to avoid a section of Highway 41 as they investigated a fatal crash.
Authorities said the wreck happened Saturday night in the area of Highway 257 in Robertson County.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol reported a Mount Juliet man was killed when his Nissan went into the center lane and across Highway 41 hitting an SUV head-on.
THP authorities said the driver was not wearing a seatbelt. The other driver was not hurt.
