A crash on Interstate 40 has slowed traffic in Wilson County.
The wreck happened in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near mile marker 238 at Murfreesboro Road around 1:43 p.m. Wednesday.
Authorities had not released details concerning the cause of the crash or if any injuries were involved.
The left lane was block to eastbound traffic. Westbound drivers were not affected.
Crews estimated the roadway would be cleared by 4 p.m.
