The 56-year-old woman killed in a crash in Clarksville has been identified.
Officials said the wreck happened at the intersection of Alfred Thun Road and Corporate Parkway Boulevard just before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said Teresa Vanallen, of Pleasant View, was killed in the crash.
Reports stated a vehicle went off the roadway and struck a utility pole causing the pole and lines to fall.
Authorities said LifeFlight was called to the scene to assist; however, Vanallen passed away at the scene.
No one else was involved in the crash.
