An overturned tractor trailer caused a traffic delay in Davidson County.
The incident happened around 9:05 a.m. Sunday in the southbound lanes of Briley Parkway at Interstate 40.
Portions of the roadway were blocked for multiple hours as crews worked to clear the scene.
Those with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said the southbound lanes were affected. Northbound drivers did not experience delays.
There was no word on what caused the crash or if any injuries were involved.
Crews said the roadway was clear by 2:51 p.m.
