A crash involving multiple vehicles has slowed traffic on the interstate in Montgomery County.
Officials with the Tennessee Department of Transportation said the wreck happened in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 24 near mile marker 4 around 2:01 p.m. Saturday.
No word had been released on what injuries may be involved or how the crash happened.
The right lane was blocked to eastbound drivers. Westbound traffic was not affected.
Crews said the roadway was cleared by 6 p.m.
