MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Prosecutors say two men have been indicted on 25 counts of attempted first-degree murder in a party bus shooting in Shelby County.

The Shelby County district attorney's office says Robert Sanders and Ladarius Berry were each being held on $5 million bond after they were indicted Tuesday.

The shooting took place around 3 a.m. on New Year's Day on Interstate 240. Authorities say Sanders and Berry had argued with a man at a nightclub. The man then got into a party bus with 24 other people from the club.

Once on the interstate, prosecutors say Berry pulled in front of the bus in his car, forcing it to slow down.

Authorities say Sanders then began firing into the bus from a separate vehicle.

Five passengers were struck by the gunfire.
