NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A principal for Metro Nashville Public Schools is back on the job and in good standing after an internal review found no evidence of misconduct.

In April, Metro Schools placed J.E. Moss Elementary School principal Carlos Comer on paid administrative leave amid concerns from a parent who filed a complaint against him.

The parent filed a report alleging Comer had used excessive force to restrain a student.

An internal review of the allegation by Metro Schools found no evidence of misconduct, and Principal Comer is back at work.

No additional details were known.
