NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Police released new information about a raid of a home in connection with stolen goods.
The incident happened at a home on Shasta Drive Wednesday.
Investigators say a 77-year-old man knowingly bought thousands of dollars worth of stolen merchandise.
They said William Allen stored the items in an outbuilding where he operated a makeshift store.
Police said they bought stolen items from Allen back in April.
Authorities said they seized motor oil, furnishings, and power tools valued at more than $50,000 in Wednesday's raid.
Allen had not yet been charged.
