Metro Police Searching For Man Who Robbed Store At Gunpoint

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Detectives with the Metro Nashville Police Department are working to identify the gunman who robbed the Dollar Tree on Dickerson Pike late Monday afternoon.

Police say the suspect entered the business and robbed the cashier at gunpoint.

He drove away in a black Dodge Neon with temporary tags.

Police say he is suspect in at least two other hold-ups earlier Monday in East Nashville.

Anyone who recognizes the gunman, who is considered armed and dangerous, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
