NASHVILLE, Tenn. – One of Hollywood’s biggest stars was spotted in Nashville for the city’s Fourth of July fireworks show, which sparked a social media frenzy.
Despite the rainy weather, thousands came out to Nashville's Let Freedom Sing celebration Saturday, including Tom Cruise.
A social media frenzy erupted after Cruise was spotted at Acme Feed & Seed on Broadway.
Fans quickly snapped photos and posted them on Twitter.
Some even claim to have spotted the actor at the Hot Chicken Festival in East Nashville.
There was no word yet on why Cruise was in town. However, his 53rd birthday was on Friday.
