According to the District Attorney, a baby who was found alone in a bathtub has died.
Officers responded to the apartment in Charter Village Apartments on the 300 block of Rio Vista Drive.
They found a 4-month-old baby that had somehow gotten in a tub of water and drowned. Paramedics did CPR on the baby and transported it to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital where it later died.
No charges have been filed in the case.
